FAQ

Where do you ship?

Anywhere in the US via UPS. If you're in NH, VT, MA, ME, CT, or RI, transit is typically about a day once it ships; outside that region, consider choosing overnight shipping at checkout to protect freshness. We don't currently ship internationally.

How long until my order ships?

Due to high demand, orders may take 1–2 weeks to ship. Thank you for your patience — every item is baked fresh for you.

What is the best way to store your products?

Our bread and bagels are freshly baked with no preservatives, so they're best stored in the freezer. Slice and freeze right away if you won't finish it the day you get it — a few minutes in the toaster brings it right back.

Can I freeze it as soon as it arrives?

Yes — everything we ship freezes well. Bag it right away if you're not eating it the day it arrives.

What if my order arrives damaged?

Reach out and we'll make it right — full details on our shipping policy and refund policy pages.

Are your products certified gluten-free?

Our kitchen is 100% gluten-free and safe for Celiacs. Our ovens have never had any gluten-containing ingredients baked inside of them.

Are your products vegan?

Many, but not all, of our breads and bagels are vegan — check the ingredient list on this product for its specific status.

Are your products nut-free?

While most of our breads are nut-free, we do have nuts in our bakery, so we can't guarantee any product is safe for those with nut allergies.

Why aren't your products pre-sliced?

Pre-slicing speeds up staling and can cause damage in shipping. We leave loaves whole to keep them fresher longer.

Do you have a physical store?

Yes! We're located at 915 Elm St., Manchester, NH 03101. See hours & directions →

Salomé and Evan, Dishon Bakery

Meet the bakers

Started by someone who needed this bakery to exist.

Evan was diagnosed with Celiac disease in his early 20s and spent years unable to find gluten-free bread that actually tasted like bread. He and his wife Salomé spent three years developing their own recipes before Dishon ever opened — first at farmers markets, then a commercial kitchen, now a storefront in Manchester.
