How many loaves does one bag make?

One bag makes 1 full-sized loaf, about 740g baked weight, following our standard recipe.

Do I need a Dutch oven to bake this bread?

A Dutch oven is highly recommended for the best crust and rise, but you can use any oven-safe pot with a tight-fitting lid. You can also bake in a loaf pan with a steam tray in your oven.

Can I freeze the baked bread?

Yes! Once fully cooled, slice the bread and freeze it in a sealed bag. Toast slices straight from the freezer as needed.

How long should I let the bread cool?

Let your loaf cool at least 4 to 6 hours before slicing. This allows the crumb to fully set and prevents a gummy texture.
