What is the best way to store your products?
All of our products are freshly baked in order to guarantee you the best quality. They don't contain any preservatives so they are best stored in the freezer.
If you don't plan to consume the products you ordered on the day you receive them, we recommend slicing them and placing them in the freezer right away.
Craving a piece of bread or a bagel? Just place it in your toaster for a few minutes - bon appétit!
Are your products certified gluten-free?
While we use 100% gluten-free ingredients and bake in an exclusively gluten-free oven, our products are not certified gluten-free.
We work out of a shared kitchen in Philadelphia, PA. Therefore, we do not work in a totally gluten-free environment.
That being said, we take serious precautions to minimize the risk of cross-contamination and are confident that our breads are safe for those following a gluten-free diet.
Are your products vegan?
Yes! All of our breads and bagels are vegan and gluten-free.
Why aren't your products pre-sliced?
In order to preserve their freshness, we do not pre-slice our products. This prevents them from staling during shipment and ensuring they arrive as fresh as possible.
Do you have a physical store?
No (or not yet!). We currently bake our products out of a shared kitchen in Philadelphia, PA.
Our products are available for pick up at various farmers' markets and for shipping across the country.

When will my order be shipped?
Orders for shipping are baked and shipped fresh on the first and third Wednesday of the month.
