Answers to our most frequently asked questions
What is the best way to store your products?
All of our products are freshly baked in order to guarantee you the best quality. They don't contain any preservatives so they are best stored in the freezer.
If you don't plan to consume the products you ordered on the day you receive them, we recommend slicing them and placing them in the freezer right away.
Craving a piece of bread or a bagel? Just place it in your toaster for a few minutes - bon appétit!
Are your products certified gluten-free?
Our kitchen is 100% gluten-free and safe for Celiacs. Our ovens have never had any gluten-containing ingredients baked inside of them.
Are your products vegan?
Yes! A lot of our breads and bagels are vegan and gluten-free. Some do contain egg and/or dairy. Be sure to check the ingredient label for each bread if you are looking only for vegan options.
Are your products nut-free?
While most of our breads are nut-free, we do have nuts in our bakery so we cannot safely say that our products are safe for those with nut allergies.
Why aren't your products pre-sliced?
In order to preserve their freshness, we do not pre-slice our products. This prevents them from staling during shipment and ensuring they arrive as fresh as possible.
Do you have a physical store?
Yes! Our store is open at 915 Elm St., Manchester, NH 03101. We are open Thursday to Saturday from 9am to 3pm.
