Yes! We are a 100% gluten-free bakery, and everything you make and eat during the workshop is gluten-free and safe for those with celiac disease or gluten intolerance.

Are there other allergens present?

While the bread you’ll make is vegan and nut-free, our kitchen does process tree nuts, dairy, and eggs in other products. Is this workshop suitable for kids?

This workshop is designed for adults and teens aged 14 and up. Due to the use of sharp tools, ovens, and the hands-on nature of the class, we are not able to accommodate young children at this time.

Can I gift this class to someone?

Yes! Just let us know in the notes at checkout and we’ll make it special. It’s a fantastic gift for food lovers, bread bakers, or anyone who enjoys a creative, delicious experience.

What should I wear or bring?

You don’t need to bring anything! Just wear comfortable clothing, closed-toe shoes, and something to cover your hair and be ready to roll up your sleeves. We provide all tools, ingredients, and supplies.

Best Gluten Free Baking Class

I’ve been baking gluten free for years and yet I learned so much in this workshop! Evan was a great teacher showing us step by step what to do and helping us along the way. He also explained the reasoning behind the ingredients and method which is so important especially for gluten free baking. I had so much fun and really enjoyed being able to bring home baked and unbaked bread. To top it off the bread is hands down the best gf bread out there!
