Join us at Dishon Bakery for a fun, hands-on pizza workshop where you’ll learn the fundamentals of great pizza—from working with dough to topping and baking. In just 90 minutes, you’ll craft your own pizza to enjoy during class and prepare dough to take home, so you can recreate the experience anytime. Perfect for beginners or seasoned home cooks looking to level up their pizza game.

This workshop is intentionally limited to just a few participants to ensure a truly hands-on, personalized experience. You won’t be lost in a crowd — instead, you’ll receive step-by-step guidance, real-time feedback, and the chance to ask every question you've ever had about gluten-free pizza.

Vegan Option Available: We can provide a fully vegan gluten-free crust upon request. Please note that we do not offer vegan cheese, so you’re welcome to bring your own if you’d like a fully vegan pizza.
Cost: $115 per person
Includes all ingredients, tools and dough. The class also includes 1.5 hours of hands-on instruction and plenty of time to ask all your questions about gluten-free pizza making.

How long is the workshop?
The workshop runs for 1.5 hours. Please arrive a few minutes early so we can start on time!
Is this workshop gluten-free?
Yes! We are a 100% gluten-free bakery, and everything you make and eat during the workshop is gluten-free and safe for those with celiac disease or gluten intolerance.
What flours will you use?
You'll learn to make pizza using a premade mix made from our proprietary blend flours — specially developed for flavor, structure, and consistency. This mix will be available for purchase through the bakery, so you can keep baking at home. Please note: we won’t be teaching how to make the flour mix from scratch.
Are there other allergens present?
We have dairy and eggs in the pizza. Please let us know about any allergies when you book, and we’ll do our best to accommodate!
Is this workshop suitable for kids?
This workshop is designed for adults and teens aged 14 and up. Due to the use of sharp tools, ovens, and the hands-on nature of the class, we are not able to accommodate young children at this time.
What do I get to take home?
You’ll leave with:
- One fully baked pizza to enjoy during the workshop
- One unbaked, mixed and shaped dough ball to bake fresh at home
Do I need baking experience?
No experience needed! This class is perfect for complete beginners as well as home bakers who want to learn more. We’ll guide you through each step with hands-on support.
How many people will be in the class?
We keep it cozy — only 6-8 participants per session to make sure everyone gets individual guidance.
Can I gift this class to someone?
Yes! Just let us know in the notes at checkout and we’ll make it special. It’s a fantastic gift for food lovers, bread bakers, or anyone who enjoys a creative, delicious experience.
What should I wear or bring?
You don’t need to bring anything! Just wear comfortable clothing, closed-toe shoes, and something to cover your hair and be ready to roll up your sleeves. We provide all tools, ingredients, and supplies.
What’s your cancellation policy?
Because we keep our class size small and prepare ingredients in advance, all bookings are final. If you need to cancel, a 50% cancellation fee will be charged. Cancellations within 48 hours of the class are non-refundable. You’re welcome to gift your spot to a friend — just let us know their name ahead of time.
