How it works

Tell us the date, headcount, and what you'd like. It takes about two minutes.
We confirm
We check availability and reply within 1 business day with your final total.
Pay the deposit
A 50% deposit books your order. The other 50% is due at pickup. Delivery orders are paid in full before the driver leaves.
Ordering details
Lead time. Please order at least 2 weeks ahead. Catering is available any day we're open, Wednesday through Sunday.
Rush orders. Orders under 2 weeks are a request, not a booking. We can't always accommodate them, but when we can, there's a $20 rush fee.
Payment. 50% deposit to book your order, 50% at pickup. Delivery orders are paid in full before the driver leaves.
Cancellations. Cancel more than 7 days before your event and we'll refund your deposit. Within 7 days, orders are nonrefundable.
Pickup. Pickup starts at 10 AM at 915 Elm St in downtown Manchester, NH, a short drive from Bedford, Hooksett, Goffstown, Londonderry, and Concord.
Delivery. $15 within Manchester city limits.
Handling & storage
Bagels are best the day of your event. Leftovers freeze well; slice them before freezing.
Shmear is made fresh and does not freeze. Keep it refrigerated until serving.
Baguettes are best the day of. Re-crisp in a hot oven for 5–8 minutes.

A few things people ask
Is everything really gluten-free?
Yes. Dishon is a 100% dedicated gluten-free bakery. No wheat is used in the building, and we don't use gluten-free wheat starch, so it's safe for Celiacs.
Are your products nut-free?
No. We're not a nut-free bakery. Our bagels contain egg and our shmear contains dairy. Tell us about any allergies on the request form.
Can I order less than your minimums?
Catering minimums are 2 dozen bagels, 2 dozen cookies, and 4 baguettes. For smaller amounts, stop by the bakery or order delivery.
Can you do more than the listed maximums?
Often, yes, with extra notice. Our standard maximums are 140 bagels, 72 cookies, and 24 baguettes per order. Tell us what you need on the request form and we'll let you know.
What if my plans change?
Cancel more than 7 days before your event and we'll refund your deposit. Within 7 days, orders are nonrefundable.
