FAQ
What is the best way to store your products?
Our bread and bagels are freshly baked in order to guarantee you the best quality. They don't contain any preservatives so they are best stored in the freezer.
If you don't plan to consume the bread or bagels on the day you receive your order, we recommend slicing them and placing them in the freezer right away.
Craving a piece? Just place it in your toaster for a few minutes - bon appétit!
Are your products certified gluten-free?
Our kitchen is 100% gluten-free and safe for Celiacs. Our ovens have never had any gluten-containing ingredients baked inside of them.
Are your products vegan?
Some of our breads and bagels are vegan and gluten-free. Some do contain egg and/or dairy. Be sure to check the ingredient label for each bread if you are looking only for vegan options.
Why aren't your products pre-sliced?
In order to preserve their freshness, we do not pre-slice our products. This prevents them from staling during shipment and ensuring they arrive as fresh as possible.
