Answers to our most frequently asked questions


What is the best way to store your products?

Our breads are freshly baked in order to guarantee you the best quality. They don't contain any preservatives so they are best stored in the freezer.

If you don't plan to consume the bread on the day you receive your order, we recommend slicing it and placing it in the freezer right away.

Craving a piece? Just place it in your toaster for a few minutes - bon appétit!

Are your products certified gluten-free?

Our kitchen is 100% gluten-free and safe for Celiacs. Our ovens have never had any gluten-containing ingredients baked inside of them.

Are your products vegan?

Many (but not all) of our breads and bagels are vegan, gluten-free, and nut-free. Be sure to check the ingredients to see if the product you're interested in is in fact vegan.

Why aren't your products pre-sliced?

In order to preserve their freshness, we do not pre-slice our products. This prevents them from staling during shipment and ensuring they arrive as fresh as possible.

Do you have a physical store?

No (or not yet!). We are working on opening in Manchester, NH. Stay tuned!

When will my order be shipped?

Orders for shipping are baked and shipped fresh on the first and third Wednesday of the month.

The gluten-free bread and bagels made by Dishon Bakery are the best gluten-free breads I have ever had. The crust is crusty and chewy like artisan wheat bread, and the interior texture has the mouth feel and texture of good homemade wheat bread. Try it: you will not be disappointed. The young couple who own this business have obviously thrown their hearts and souls into baking these wonderful GF products (there are also cakes and cookies, which I have not yet tried), and it shows.
